Time-frame:

Available items typically ship within 1 business day. If you place your order (expedited or not) Monday through Friday, your order will ship out on the next business day if all items within your order are readily available. (e.g. If you place your order (expedited or not) on a Friday, your order will ship on the following Monday. Your order will NOT ship out for weekend delivery)

USA Shipping:

All orders within mainland USA (the 48 contiguous states) are eligible for FREE ground shipping [Expedited shipping options will also be shown at Checkout based on availability].

US Territories and Non-Mainland (Hawaii / Alaska) are available at flat rates (any shipment under 10 lbs = $19.99).

INTERNATIONAL Shipping:

We ship to a number of countries outside the US. For orders weighing under 10 lbs (4.53 kg), we offer the following flat-rate options:

CANADA: $19.99

EU / MIDDLE EAST / AMERICAS / CARIBBEAN / NZ / AU: $39.99

ASIA: $49.99

For orders exceeding 10 lbs, you will see higher rate options at Checkout.

NOTE: For international orders: Customer is responsible for any duties or fees imposed by their country's Customs Dept, as they are out of our control. International customers are responsible for cost of return shipping.
