We like to post previews of prototypes and designs-in-progress, and sometimes when we can't decide, we post polls on Instagram, so check out our feed/stories to let us know what you want to see :) Due to the amount of spam / bots on Instagram and the lack of filtering messages from story reactions, we recommend using e-mail or Facebook messages if you've got time sensitive inquiries for our CS team.

E-mails are monitored regularly during normal weekday business hours. We're on the east coast, so that means 9 AM - 5 PM EST. If you drop us a message in the evening or on the weekend, we might not see it until the next day (forgive us, we are training hard!).
